  • We accept all major credit cards, gift cards, and cash as well.

  • For dramatic changes, such as fashion colors, all over blonding, or if you’re wanting extensions, it’s always best to book a consultation first.

    By booking a consultation we can give you an idea of how many appointments your hair may need to get to your goal as well as a price estimate for your service.

  • Our artist are extensively trained to know exactly what it takes to make your hair dreams come true.

    If your hair requires a little extra work that isn’t included in your service, such as a treatment, additional toning techniques, or any other add-on, we always make a professional recommendation to keep you in the loop every step of the way.

    If you have any questions about what services your hair goal requires, don’t hesitate to contact our team or speak with your stylist directly, we are always happy to set up a consultation.

  • We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

    If you cancel or modify your appointment with less than 24 hours notice it is considered a “Late Cancellation”. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total cost for your scheduled appointment.

    All guests who arrive late, cancel, or do not show up for their scheduled appointment, will be charged a no show fee of 50% of their total service amount. This fee is not refundable.

    If you are more than 15 mins late for your scheduled appointment and have not given notice, you will be considered a “no show” and charged the 50% no show fee and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

    As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 3 days, and 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking.

    Failing to respond to those messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

  • While many of our guests are deeply respectful of our time, it is unfortunate that there are some who do not respect the appointment process.

    At Fringe we are deeply fortunate to serve many guests, some of which wait several weeks for an appointment.

    We kindly ask for your up-to-date credit card information to ensure your scheduled booking, and in order to protect the valuable time of our team. For more information, please refer to our cancellation policy.

    *Credit Card Security – Credit Card Storage, Reservations and Merchant Processing: Our booking system is proud to be Level 1 PCI compliant–the highest form of credit card security in the industry–which means that we encrypt all customer credit card data stored in our system.

  • We understand that sometimes small adjustments here and there may be needed to reach your hair goal.

    If ever you do not fully love your hair, don’t hesitate - reach out to us directly.

    We ask that you please reach out to us within 3 days of your original service so that we can do everything we can to have you feeling and looking like your very best self.

    All redo appointments must be scheduled with in 10 days of original service so it is imperative you contact us as soon as possible.

  • We strive to offer our guests the absolute best products out there! If you purchase one of our products, but don’t love it, you can bring the item back with-in 7 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange the product for you.

    However, extensively used products are not eligible for exchange.

    Hair accessories, hair brushes, and hats that are determined defective are NOT eligible for exchange.

    All hot tool/appliances are final sale. We recommend reaching out to the manufacture for replacement. Always register your tool for warranty info.

    We do not offer refunds on products, tools, accessories, or services. Including hair extension services and hair extensions.

  • Photos are a great way for our artist to showcase their work!

    Whether its a huge transformation or simple maintenance services, we love to show the variety of styles we are able to achieve! These photos are typically used for social media advertisements but may also be used for email marketing, promotional ads, website fillers, etc.
